At Primorse, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. All physical products are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, with standard delivery taking approximately 15 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
For digital products such as eBooks or downloadable content, a secure download link will be sent directly to your email shortly after purchase. Please ensure you provide a valid and active email address at checkout.
We also offer a 15-day return policy on eligible physical products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please note that digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
